The Biggest Loser show on NBC changed my life. The show inspired me to finally do something about my weight issues.  During college, I gained over 35 pounds of pure fat and lost all my muscle.  Finally, after watching a few episodes of the Biggest Loser, I got motivated to get back to my pre-college weight.  I lost 25 of the 35 pounds, and put back on some muscle.  I have since kept if off for over 6 months, and I feel great!

I have always watched the show, but I  really got me hook when I decided to start losing weight. I like the show so much, I decided to make a blog dedicated to it.
